Last updated: 21 October 2026

Who is responsible for your data

For the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the DPDP Act), the Data Fiduciary is Gigglezen Technologies Pvt Ltd (CIN U62011TS2025PTC206858), with its registered office at 97, Vittal Rao Nagar Road, near Mindspace, Vittal Rao Nagar, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081. We run GZ Trades, a Gigglezen EdTech product.

This policy explains what personal data we collect through this site, our enquiry form, our enrollment process and our WhatsApp and email conversations, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry

  • Your name, WhatsApp number, email address, city and state
  • Your experience (new, some or experienced), the program you are interested in and your preferred mode (online, Hyderabad or either)
  • The message you write, if you use the contact form
  • Whether you opted in to batch updates on WhatsApp, which is optional

Consent records

When you tick a consent box, we store the version of the consent text you agreed to and the time you agreed.

Technical and campaign data

  • A salted hash of your IP address, not the address itself, used only for spam checks and rate limiting on our forms
  • Your browser’s user agent, used for spam checks
  • The campaign details of the link you came from (UTM parameters and referrer) and the page you submitted from
  • Usage and event data from analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies (see Cookies below)

If you enroll

  • Your name as on PAN, email, phone, address, city, state and PIN code, and an optional GSTIN and business name for a B2B invoice
  • Your program, batch and mode
  • The e-sign record for your agreement: your typed name, the time in IST, your IP address and your browser’s user agent
  • Your payment reference (UTR or gateway ID) and the proof of payment you upload, as an image or PDF
  • Your enrollment status, signed agreement and GST tax invoice

Messages

If you message us on WhatsApp or email, we keep the conversation so that we can reply and keep a record.

What we never collect

We never ask for, and do not store, your broker or demat login, password, OTP or TPIN. We do not store card details.

Why we use it, and on what basis

  • To reply to your enquiry and send the details you asked for
  • To run your enrollment: the agreement, payment verification, GST tax invoice, welcome kit, batch reminders and support
  • To send batch updates on WhatsApp, only if you opted in
  • To prevent spam and abuse and to protect our systems
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it, only if you accept analytics cookies
  • To meet legal duties, such as tax and accounting records

Legal basis: your consent. We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form or accept cookies. For students who enroll, we also keep the records that law requires us to keep. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Your rights). Withdrawal does not undo what we did before, and it may mean we can no longer provide the service you asked for.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries are kept for 24 months, unless you enroll.
  • Enrollment, agreement, payment and invoice records are kept for as long as tax, accounting and other laws require.
  • Consent records are kept for as long as the data they relate to.
  • Analytics data is kept by the analytics providers under their own retention settings.

When the period ends, we delete or anonymise the data. You can ask for earlier deletion (see Your rights).

Cookies

Essential

These are needed to run the site: remembering your cookie choice, keeping a draft of a form you are filling in, and Cloudflare Turnstile spam protection. They are always on.

Analytics

Google Analytics and Meta Pixel set cookies and send us usage and event data, such as form submissions and WhatsApp clicks, only after you choose Accept on the cookie banner. If you decline, they do not load. We configure Google Analytics (GA4) and Meta Pixel so that they do not receive the contents of our forms.

We use access controls, row-level security on our database, encrypted connections, private storage for uploaded payment proofs (opened only through time-limited signed links), rate limits and bot checks. No online system is completely secure. If a breach affects your personal data, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

Our programs are for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe a child has given us their data, email mukesh@gigglezen.com and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Where a change affects the consent you gave, we will ask for it again.
