Who we are and what these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of this website and to any training program you join with GZ Trades. GZ Trades is a Gigglezen EdTech product, run by Gigglezen Technologies Pvt Ltd (CIN U62011TS2025PTC206858), whose registered office is at 97, Vittal Rao Nagar Road, near Mindspace, Vittal Rao Nagar, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081. In these terms, “the Company”, “we” and “us” mean Gigglezen Technologies Pvt Ltd, and “you” means the person using the site or enrolling in a program.
By using the site or enrolling, you agree to these terms. The enrollment agreement you sign when you enroll sets out the same terms for your program and should be read with this page.
What we provide: education only
GZ Trades provides training and education only. In particular:
- We do not give investment advice or research recommendations.
- We do not manage, pool or invest money for anyone, and we do not accept money for trading or “capital deployment”.
- We do not trade on your behalf.
- We do not promise any return or profit, and nothing we say should be read as one.
Classes use historical charts, case studies and the GZ paper-trading simulator, which runs on historical or licensed delayed data. Mentors review your own journal and process. They never give trade calls, tips, targets or stop-loss levels on live instruments, in any channel.
We are not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or research analyst, and we do not claim to be. Nothing on this site, in class or in our community is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security.
Your own decisions and your broker
Any trading you choose to do happens in your own account, with a SEBI-registered broker of your choice, at your own risk and on your own decisions.
Never share your broker or demat login, password, OTP or TPIN with anyone, including us. We never ask for them. If someone who says they are from GZ Trades asks for them, do not reply, and tell us on +91 96409 01893.

Fees and payment
- Fees are for training services only. They are shown as a base fee plus GST at 18%: CGST 9% and SGST 9% for Telangana, or IGST 18% for other states.
- We accept fees only into the current account of Gigglezen Technologies Pvt Ltd: by bank transfer, by UPI to the company’s UPI ID, or through a payment gateway that settles into that account.
- We never ask you to pay a personal account or UPI ID. If you are unsure whether payment details are genuine, call +91 96409 01893 before you pay.
- We verify every payment before we issue a GST tax invoice. We do not store card details.
Enrollment and the agreement
Enrollment has five steps: your details, program and batch, the agreement, payment, and confirmation. At the agreement step you tick the required acknowledgements and type your full name to sign.
The contract is formed electronically under section 10A of the Information Technology Act, 2000. We record your typed name, the time in IST, your IP address and your browser’s user agent as the e-sign record, and print it in the signature block of your agreement. The agreement takes effect when your payment is verified.
Conduct in classes and the community
To keep classes and the community useful and safe, you agree not to:
- give or ask for tips, trade calls or targets in any class, chat or community space;
- solicit other students for money, advice, signals or any product or service;
- post broker referral or affiliate links; or
- harass or abuse anyone, or record and post class content.
The community is moderated. We may remove a student who breaks these rules.
Intellectual property and materials
Class content, recordings, workbooks, slides, the simulator and this website belong to the Company or its licensors. You may use them for your own personal learning. You may not record or screen-capture classes, share your access, or copy, resell, publish or redistribute any materials.
The simulator uses historical or licensed delayed data. Exchange data stays subject to the licence terms that apply to it, and you may not redistribute it.
Refunds and cancellation
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our refund policy. In short: a full refund if you cancel 7 or more days before the batch starts; 50% if you cancel later but before the second session; none after the second session. You also get one free batch transfer. Refunds go to the account the fee came from, within 7 working days of your cancellation request.
Data protection
We handle your personal data under our privacy policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We record your consent, including the version of the consent text and the time you gave it, and you can withdraw consent at any time by emailing mukesh@gigglezen.com.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, the Company’s total liability to you for any claim connected with a program or this site is limited to the fee you paid for that program. The Company is not liable for any trading outcome or loss, or for decisions you make in your own account after attending classes. We do not promise any particular result from attending.
Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Grievances
If you have a complaint, write to our Grievance Officer, Kothala Durga Sai Mukesh, CEO, at mukesh@gigglezen.com. We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and answer them within 7 days.
Governing law and courts
These terms and your enrollment are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. The terms in force when you sign your enrollment agreement apply to that enrollment.
