Trading and investing can lose money. Read this page before you enroll, and keep it in mind as you learn.

Last updated: 21 October 2026

  • Education only

GZ Trades provides education only. We do not give investment advice or research recommendations, manage money, or guarantee returns.

  • Risk of loss

Trading in securities involves risk of loss. SEBI has reported that 9 out of 10 individual traders in equity F&O incurred net losses.

  • US markets and LRS

Investing in US markets from India is subject to RBI’s Liberalised Remittance Scheme and FEMA rules.

  • Fees to the company only

We accept fees only into the current account of Gigglezen Technologies Pvt Ltd. We never ask you to pay a personal account or UPI ID, or to share your trading login.

Market risk

Prices of shares, ETFs, indices and other securities can fall as well as rise, sometimes quickly. You can lose some or all of the money you put in. Gaps, circuit limits, thin liquidity and sudden news can stop an order from filling at the price you expected, and no rule or technique removes this risk.

Derivatives and leverage

Futures and options are leveraged. A small move in the underlying can cause a large change in the value of a position, and so a large loss.

  • Buyers of options can lose the whole premium they paid.
  • Sellers of options can lose far more than the premium they received, and may be asked to add margin at short notice.
  • If margin falls short, a broker can close positions without asking you first.
  • Moves on expiry day can be sharp, and brokerage, STT, charges and GST apply even to losing positions.

What SEBI’s study found

SEBI has reported that 9 out of 10 individual traders in equity F&O incurred net losses. We quote it because it is the most important fact about this market for anyone considering derivatives. It is why our programs teach risk control, position sizing and a written process before any strategy, and why we do not suggest that trading suits everyone.

Classroom examples are illustrative

Charts, case studies and simulator exercises are chosen to teach a concept. They come from historical data, often include setups that failed, and are not a forecast, a recommendation or a record of results that anyone achieved. We do not publish profit screenshots, P&L or trade results.

Past patterns do not predict the future

A pattern that appeared often in historical data may not appear again, and markets change with rates, rules, liquidity and participants. A backtest or a paper-trading result describes the past or a simulation. It is not evidence of what you will experience with real money, where costs, slippage, delays and emotions apply.

Investing in US markets from India

Investing in US markets from India is subject to RBI’s Liberalised Remittance Scheme (LRS) and FEMA rules. Limits, conditions, permitted purposes and reporting requirements apply, and the rules can change. Some uses of funds sent under LRS are not permitted, so check before you remit.

  • Currency: movement in the INR-USD rate can add to or take away from the value of a holding in rupees.
  • Tax: tax on gains, TCS on remittances and foreign-asset reporting may apply to you.
  • Time zones: US sessions fall late at night in India.

Our US programs explain these rules for awareness. They are not tax, legal or foreign-exchange advice. Speak to a chartered accountant or your authorised dealer bank about your own situation.

What we are, and what we are not

GZ Trades is an education business. We are not SEBI-registered investment advisers or research analysts, and we give no investment advice, research recommendation, stock tip or buy, sell or hold call. Mentors review your own journal and process and never tell you what to trade. Nothing on this site, in classes, in our community or on WhatsApp is a recommendation.

If you trade, use only SEBI-registered intermediaries: trade through a broker registered with SEBI, and take advice only from a SEBI-registered investment adviser. You can check a registration on SEBI’s website.
